F2A Category Visa Now Current
Green Card holders who wish to petition for their spouse normally must first submit form I-130 and wait for their visa number to be current before applying for Form I-485, Adjustment of Status. However, according to the Visa Bulletin, the F2A category has become current. Green Card holders may apply without waiting if their spouse and themselves are in the US.

Yesil Kart sahibi olup da esi icin basvuru yapmak isteyenler normal sartlar altinda Form I-130 basvurusunda bulunup, I-485 Statu Degisikligi basvurusu yapmak icin vize numaralarinin guncel hale gelmesini beklemek zorundadirlar. Fakat yayinlanan Vize Bulletin‘e gore F2A kategorisi basvurulari guncel hale gelmistir. Esi ve kendisi ABD icinde olan Yesil Kart sahipleri beklemeden basvuru yapabilirler.

New Rule Regarding Asylum Applicants Traveling Through Another Country
According to a recent legal update, Asylum applicants who travel through a third country such as Mexico will be refused asylum in the United States unless the third country has refused to grant asylum to the applicant. This means a person passing through the southern border will first have to apply for asylum in Mexico and receive a denial before coming to the U.S. and applying for asylum here.
This law will affect anyone entering the country after July 16, 2019. The reasoning for this new regulation is to decrease the number of people applying for asylum from the southern border and to dissuade those who don’t have credible fear of persecution in their country from seeking to claim asylum in the United States. Baska Ulke Uzerinden Seyahat Edip Siginma Basvurusunda Bulunanlar Icin Yeni Kural
Yeni bir kanun degisikligine gore, Meksika gibi ucuncu bir ulke uzerinden Amerikaya siginma basvurusu icin gelenler eger ucuncu bir ulke tarafindan siginma basvurusunda bulunup reddedilmediyse ABD’deki siginma basvurusu kabul edilmeyecektir. Yani, Amerika’nin guney sinirindan gecip Amerikada siginma talebinde bulunmak isteyen biri once Meksika’da basvurup rededilmesi gerekiyor.
Bu kanun Temmuz 16, 2019’dan sonra giris yapanlari etkileyecektir. Bu uygulamanin amaci ise guney sinirindan siginma talebinde bulunanlarin sayisini azaltmak ve gercek bir zulum korkusu olmayanlarin Amerika Birlesik Devletlerinde siginma talebinde bulunmalarini engellemektir.
