Esimden Bosandim, Green Card Surecime Ne Olacak? Bu sorunun cevabi, basvurunuzun hangi evresinde oldugunuza bagli olarak degismektedir. Eger henuz ilk green card basvuru asamasindaysaniz, maalesuf bosanmaniz durumunda basvurunuz reddedilecektir. Eger basvurunuzu yapip onay aldiysaniz ve su anda 2 senelik sartli ikamet statusundeyseniz durum biraz daha farklidir. Basvurunuzun onaylanmis olmasi, evliliginizin gercekliginin detaylica incelendigi anlamina gelmektedir. Esinizden bosanmaniz evliliginizin bastan beri sahte oldugu anlamina gelmez. Fakat sartli ikamet statusunde yapilan bosanma evliliginizin gercekliginin bir kez daha sorgulanmasini gerektiriyor.
